I have a Nortel NT5B01 system that when you press line 1 on any phone all you hear is a busy signal. I disconnected the line from system to see if it was a co issue but it works fine, when i reconnect it to the system it goes busy signal. I dont know if this is a bad port or if something in programming got messed up.

Let me guess.....you got this off the web.
Connect & program it as line 2 & see what happens. If it works ok there....well what can I say?
