I have a customer with a old BCM50A 1.0 that has a bad internal CO port. the software is also corrupt os software that doesn't allow programming of the auto attendant. If I get a new BCM50 6.0 can the keycodes be moved to the new system. I remember they use to move them when Nortel was in charge. You had to send the old system to Nortel. Thanks for any help.

Yes

-Purchase a migration auth code
-Send 1.0 back to Avaya

Or if want to try to fix:

-Backup programming
-Re-image the hard drive (or new HD) with a 1.0 image.
-Restore
