I discuss this situation with my attorney clients on a regular basis. This would be a fantastic class-action lawsuit. How much money do clients spend collectively/annually, when the carrier's say "We tested it from our end and nothing is wrong"...then client calls us to determine it IS the carrier's fault...? Millions? Billions?
