Hi All We lost our phone system today and have been waiting for six hours so far for the telco tech to get to us. So I thought I would pop on here and see if anyone had any similar experiences and how it might be resolved. I can ping the ip of the bcm (its a 450), but neither the bcm or bem software programs can reach the hardware. All the phones are offline, all the buttons and lights are flashing on all sets. However I cannot reach the callpilot manager (which is on the same ip). We've tried turning it off and then back on of course and that didn't resolve anything. One of the fans inside the unit is not on (the upper one), but the fan in the connected Bogen has never been on so I don't know if this is normal or not. All the lights that should be on are on. There's been no power outages and no signs of power surges either. Is there anything I can do while we wait for the tech to show up?
