I have a customer with a MICS 4.0. If they make a call to a conference bridge and then put the phone on mute it will disconnect after 4-5 min. Also if they call an ext. internally and mute it to listen to 2 people in another office it will disconnect after 4-5 min. If they use there cell phone to make the conference bridge call it does not disconnect. Any help would be great.

Have you tried using the cell phone to call into the bridge and put the cell phone on MUTE ?
It sounds like the conf bridge "listens" for sound and thinks you have hung up - and disconnects.
Sounds like a "function" (dumb one) of the conf bridge.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
