Last week I posted my system down issue. Further to that the tech did eventually show up and it turns out they had to replace the whole unit. Now we have the new unit installed, but when I try to load/restore my back up file I get a strange error that I don't know how to troubleshoot. It just says "Error happened. Failed to extract signature from archive". It seems to happen after all the data is uploaded, at the end of the process. Does anyone know what that means or how to get it to go away and get my backup to work? Thanks for your time, Twyla

No, the tech didn't do this for us. They left our system at all the default values and of course no one even knows how to program a button ... so I get back from my holiday with a big long list of "can you change" requests. Current Software Version: 10.0.1.04.138 and a patch was applied: BCM450.R600.SU.System 012.201207-1 Does that help?
