well program 603 and 604 will set extension ringing.
Was there something more advanced that you wanted to do? Like ring a group of extensions through an Auto Attendant option?

You need to put the extensions that you want to ring in there own extension group. Program 602, there are 8 groups, by default all extensions are assigned to group 1. Use 2 through 8. (This will also affect the group paging but not the all call). You will also have to assign that floating number as a ring group in 813.
