I am trying to figure out why a message can be left to me via an outside line into my voice mail box, but my voice mail will not pick up if one of my co-workers transfers a call to my office or if they try to leave me a message internally. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is driving us crazy. Thanks.

first off, what kind of system do you have?
do you have a direct line?
If you have a digital system, Do you have your busy no answer to voicemai?
pickup handset and dial 7105165. this will setup forward on busy/answer (except on 308).
also setup Voicemail transfer on everyone's phone. this will place calls directly into your voicemail without ringing your phone. program 99 press button to be programmed, then press 8 and enter 165
