I INSTALLED A DB-816 WITH A TVS50 LAST WEEK AND WITH SOME ASSISTANCE GOT EVERYTHING WORKING EXCEPT JACK #1(EXT. 101)'S MWL DOES NOT COME ON. IT HAS THE SAME COS IN VM AS THE OTHER STATIONS AND ITS NOT THE SET ITSELF.ANY IDEAS ON WHY? COULD IT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH 101 BEING SYSTEM OPERATOR IN PBX AND VM?

How was mailbox 101 set up? by using the quick setup feature of the TVS or manually?
Make sure the owner ext of mailbox 101 is ext 101, also make sure it is not set for "all calls transfer to mailbox", those 2 things will stop the mwl from working.

Also make sure you dont have mailbox 101 covered to another station.
