I am working on a Panasonic DBS VB-43050 and the ring is very quiet, I went from Low to High and it isn't loud enough. When I installed the music on hold and had to get the beeps out, the phone rings much quieter.

There is a yellow/orange pot for ringing on the SCC card. I think it is labeled "VR". You probably adjusted it accidentally when you were setting the MOH volume.
