I am working with a client to install a MOH system and I need to know the MOH connector type. Phones in the office are Panasonic VB42210 models, and the phone tech believes the KSU is a VBS816 (cannot confirm as the office manager could not identify the KSU). Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There should be a card in the cabinet, SCC-A The MOH connector should be on that card and I believe it's an RCA type. I'm sure Joe @ https://www.austintele.com/index.html can help us out. Just watch your sorce output, if it's a headphone or any stereo jack, (3 rings, tip-ring-sleve) you'll need a Y adapter.
DBS uses RCA for MOH. If your KSU has more than one RCA, look for the one that says "MOH". The 40/72/96 port cabinets have an RCA on the SCC card and one on the backplane. Use the one on the backplane.
