When a call comes in and the AA pickup, if the caller hang up without making an entry, the call is redirected to the operator instead of hanging up.If the operator doesnt answer it continues to ring and ring even tough the person on the other end hangs up. If the operator does pick up she will get a busy out tone. Can you helpl me with this.

Find out from your local provider if they are sending a disconnect signal and what MS it is.
You may have to adjust the CPC settings in your TDA or more likely in the AA.
What voicemail do you have.
