I have some panasonic dbs systems, all with the same software level, cpc 8.x. The problem is trying to use analog ports to use speed dials. All the books say to dial 80 then the system speed dial numbers, on some systems it works fine. on others it says denied. I have checked all programming and toll restrictions, but nothing works. Help!

On the systems giving you trouble, have you varified the phone numbers entered into the speed dial bin that you are trying to access? There's a good chance that it simply does not have a "9" as the leading digit therefor it would be just trying to dial that number on the intercom and it's being denied because there is no such extension. Just a thought. Gem
