When your on a call on CO-1 and a call then comes in on CO-2, CO2's ringer is muted, only CO2's lite is on and they want to hear the ringer also.
How do you un-mute the ringer, and it only does this when the phone is off hook when a call on CO1 is in process.
When it's on hook both CO1 and CO2 ringers work.
TIA

If your on the phone the most you can have is a call waiting tone through the handset, your not going to ring the phone. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/eek.gif) If you want to activate the call waiting, press intercom, 7311# other then that you would need an external ringer off an unused port or off the D-marc.
