There's maybe an Panasonic system that will do what you want in a single box. Probably any system with tenant service will work.

You may want to find an esi dealer in your area it is a good system and can do what ever you want. I have been selling it for almost 2 years and it is a solid little system.

Panasonic TDA100 and up gives you separate music inputs for separate messages based on tenant programming.

The Vertical/Comdial DX-80 or DX-120 has two MOH ports standard on the KSU. You set each line with MOH "1" or MOH "2". I'm sure there are more systems that do that. If you have 8 lines---then you would only need to use one cabinet.

The NEC DSX80 has 2 MOH audio inputs. You set each line with Audio 1 or Audio 2 input. This will allow up to 64 ports total. but 16 have to be station ports.

PM or email me if you need any more info on it.
