Just wondering what others favor in the way of UPS for Telco & voicemail system?
I like the TrippLite TE 600 & TE 1200 units.
The Alpha products are nice but a little pricey.
Had a lot of problems with APC.

APC and ONEAC. Had trouble with one Tripplite changing the sine wave of the power and causing havoic on a voicemail.

If all else fails, use a BFH.

Any type of UPS, as long as the customer has one. If I purchase one for them it is normally an APC.

I generally use APC unless a customer specifies another brand.

I use Powerware. They are one of the best UPS systems on the market and price favorably against APC and others. They do all the UPS systems for Avaya and others. Avaya just rebrands the stuff. They provide better surge protection and power conditioning than most systems.
