I have a new TA624 with a TVS50. Getting elbow deep in all the programming and my system is working pretty well now. Jee, I feel like I'm assisting the birth of a large hairy animal... But I love this bulletin board and all the help of everyone.
When CO1 is being used, outside callers hear a busy signal. Is there any way to set up the system so that it hunts over to CO2, and then CO3? So that an outside caller would never hear a busy signal unless all 3 of our CO lines are being used?
Is this something that can only be done by the phone company? Thanks, Rich!

Yes, the dial tone provider is the ONLY one who can intercept busy lines and reroute them to others (hunting).
As a favor, please spread the word about this. There is ABSOLUTELY no way that a phone system using standard lines can provide hunting.
It is a popular misconception that this feature is a function of the telephone system, even to the order takers at Verizon.
"It must be sumpin in you PBX" is their famous line.
