I could really use some assistance. Have a TA624 w/ TVS50. Trying to set-up for AA. Have followed manual, evidently not doing something correctly Site has 4 COs, 5 phones (7731), TVS50 two port w/ expanded mem. Desired config - Days- Lines ring main recept (101) if no response go to AA, Caller select i.e. 1- Accting, 2 - Sales, 3 - Art, 0 - hold for operator, 4- leave general msg (mb 101)
Nites - Route to AA 1- msg for acct, 2 - Msg for sales, 3 - msg for art, 4 - general msg (101)
I've worked on Siemens, ROLM, TIE, Vodavi, but first time with Panasonic.

Check 624 Program 120? that allows which ports the VM is attached to. Doing this by memory. Just check the manual. If you are getting the canned message, you're in.  You've got mail.

WC, what kind of problems are you having? are the 2 integrated and talking? Are you having problems with the custom menus and the Digit translation tables? The ringing assignments are set in the TA624.

Got everything going FINALLY... Is there a way to get rid of the canned "Welcome to voice processing" prompt? It plays then my7 custom recording follows
