Thanks for this forum.
I have a TD-1232 and a VS-80 voice mail.
I have two mailboxes that do not have a phone associated with them.
Is there a way to light a MW light on the system phones to indicate a message waiting in the VM for these two phones.
(I did program a button to be a MW light and assigned the VM extension # but it did not light. I also turned on message waiting lamp in the VM setup)
Thanks

It depends on the version of the TD1232. If, as you say you have the MWL set up on a flexible CO key then you need to check that the MWL is enabled in the COS, in the mailbox and that "all calls to mailbox" is set to no Ver. 4 and later will allow for a MWL on a phantom mailbox. MrG
