Ok, I am a newby to this so I plead for your help. I am looking for the pieces of this puzzle:
I want to setup a call Queue for extensions 102-107 I want the Live attendant to transfer calls to ICD group 401 and then placed on hold until the next available agent answers.
What do I need to answer ICD-401 and place them on hold and get MOH until answered.
Do I need DISA, OGM, neither/both?
I can ring the group just fine but I cannot figure what is needed to answer the group and place the caller on hold until the next agent is available.

John, you will need some sort of overflow, either in the form of a DISA or TVS or TVA. You've got mail. MrG
