I am not familiar with the Panasonic System but I have a friend who has one at his office. He said the model is KX-T61610 with most of the phones being model KXT 7030. He upgraded a few of the phones to KXT 7130 and on these phones he noticed the volume was much lower. Has anyone ever run across this and if so what is the work around?
Thanks for all your help.

The 7130's have a volume control- it's on that round 4 position selector at the bottom right. Is it all the way up? You will see bars to indicate the setting on the display.

Hal thanks for the response. I should have been more descriptive. Both sides come across with low volume. I hear him with low volume and he hears me with low volume. When he calls me from the other phones KXT 7030 the problem does not exist.
I will also make sure that he has the volume all the way up.
Thanks again for all your help.

Hal, :nono: the 7130 sets use a slide switch on the side of the phone for volume control. MrG
