Hi,
I wanted to know which program to use to forward voicemail messages to a cell phone(1 ext. only). I believe the phone is a KT-X435 or 433.

That is done through your mailbox IF it is set up and allowed. Then it is usually notification, not the message. What system and VM do you have?

Depending on the revision of the TVS you can set notification of a VM msg in your mail box IF it has been allowed.
Get into your mail box, use the prompt for mail box admin (5?) and follow the prompts.
If it is allowed in the COS, you have turned it on, and inputted the telephone number it is to notify as well as device type, it should be ready to test.
