I am setting up a fresh TVS200 and have never done one before. I have programmed the 1232 but never setup the voice mail. Right know I have the VM port programmed (port 18) and have set the DN to 171 and it is hunting. I ran quick setup and configured all ports for Auto Attendant. I went into mailbox 998 and set prompt on to be my main day greeting. I went into program 603/604 and programmed the voice mail port to pickup in delayed ring. The problem is it NEVER does. It just rings and rings. What am I missing?

I don't know why you would set the DN to 171 for port 18. This should all be automatic. If it came up as 171 then It's not connected right or you have the card or cards in the wrong slots. You mentioned "port 18", are you saying you have a TVS 200 and your only using 2 ports or only have one 102 card?? I'm assuming this is a TD 1232. You set the voicemail ports in field 117. As for integration, that's all you need to do in the TD1232. With this done and the port connected properly to the TVS200, set the TVS rotary switch to 5. Connect you laptop to the TVS, power it down and bring it back up. When it reads "DPITS is established" set the rotary switch to 0 and run the quick setup. If your looking to have the TVS answer immediatly set your CO lines in DIL 1-1 to the voicemail pilot port, should be 165 if the cards and cabling are correct. If your looking to have the AA answer as a back-up use IRNA. Set the intercept time to 4 or 5 rings and the intercept Ext. to the pilot port for the voicemail, again, it should be 165. In your profile you state you are a Tech. and the web site shows the campany sells, installs and services many types of systems, including Panasonic. I don't mind helping you out but honestly I would think this would be pretty basic for you. MrG

OK I do not know what you are getting at but my proficiency is with Cisco IP and Nortel. I am a CCNP and design converged networks, this does not mean that I know how to setup legacy Panasonic voicemails. Obviously I do not understand the idiosyncrasies of these systems.
FYI, I have 1 102 card (2 ports).
Thanks
