Hi,
I dont have the phone manual, but I wanted to know what the steps are so when somone presses intercom, it automatically pics up an outside/co line.

Press the Program button, then dial 99. Then dial 1, then 2 to select any idle line. Then, press the Auto dial / store button. Press the Program button again to end programming.
This will make the phone automatically select an outgoing line whenever the handset is lifted or the speakerphone button is pressed.
Pressing the intercom button will never select anything but intercom dial tone.
