We have a TVS50 and would like to change the Dial By Name feature to use first name instead of last name. As I understand it, the way to do this is to enter the names in the mailboxes as Last Name First Name and then re-record prompt 132. The problem is that I don't know how to re-record a prompt. Any suggestions?
