We have a TVS50 and my boss would like me to program it to have only one personal greeting (as opposed to three separate ones for No Answer, Busy and After Hours). Is there a COS setting for this or will he have to just record the same message for all three?

Erase the busy and after hours greeting.
When the "no answer" greeting is the only greeting
recorded it will always play.
