All right everybody...I've got a 2 cabinet 96 + 96 DBS, the CPC is CPC-B 8.06. Shouldn't this be able to do the call forwarding off site? I have checked the COS programming and made sure that the trunks can do unsupervised conference calls. What am I missing? As soon as you try to dial the on/off 723 it gives error tone. What the heck? Does anyone know anything about this?

No I didn't get this working. I have had it working on another system but this one just won't let me do it.

using COS 0 so all are enabled. Tried using COS 1 Then made sure all settings were on just to make sure. Cheryl. I think that at this revision you are supposed to just be able to use 720 then speed dial number. They took away the 723 at some point

well several things are in play here, each extension must be enabled to call forward co's, cos must be set correctly, the external number must be programmed in an autodial bin on the set, and mostly only internal calls will be forwarded to the outside number

I have checked the co's to be programmed correctly, the number to forward to is in an autodial bin, and the extension is programmed with the cos to allow external cfwd. I didn't try the 720 yet as the customer was unavailable until Monday to try this so...I'm going to give that a try but I think that I had them try it before and it didn't work but just to make sure...I will again. Thanks!!

Cheryl one other thing that i noticed in the manual. If you are using LCR then the autodial bin number must not use dial 9. Should use 81 group or higher. I still have not gotten this to work for me either. Just trying to help ya.
