no, just for any employee to view last few incoming calls.

it doesn't work that way you'd have to log each
call manually when you have answered it.
and that would be on a 7200 or 7400 series phone

nothing i can do on the 7731? how can i do it from jack 01 ext 101, is it a different process? btw, thanks for your quick reply!
