its not an option from the programming port as far as I know.you may get tapi/smdr info off a usb board in the phone have not played with those yet. Maybe if you post in the Panasonic area rivet will chime in!! you may want to fill in more info in your profile so we know who we are helping.

By standard method it is impossible, only through TAPI. I saw quite good software for this on site www.blitz-cti.com

all above are correct its not possible to recieve the smdr through the usb port... is there a reason why serial port is no good ?? most software use serial port....
