On the Panasonic KX-TA824 Built-in Voice Mail, what is the purpose of BV Resource 1 and BV Resource 2? :confused: It doesn't explain what it is or its purpose. It gives examples, but, unfortunately, they don't explain to me much. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

MrGemini Member Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 4,043 US	Each extension must belong to a resorce area. Each resorce area has a maxium recording time of 60 minutes and a maxium of 125 messages. Page 15 in the Features manual explains it better then the installation, programming or operating manuals. MrG

Jeff Silva Member Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 9 Hyannis	hey guys,,,, Im tried so hard to install a BV for a customer, but I want to configure a BV to get messages for CO incoming calls, but all the time the I tried to assing Disa or BV on 414, the fone Do not ring and go to the OGM, how can I do to make a phone ring first before go to OGM and the caller only leave a message when nobody is avalable... kx-Ta824 with BV card... when call from intercom will work, rings about 5 times and go to voicemail, but from CO do not ring and go to voice mail,,,, Thank you very much
