I have a customer that has a 624 system. They currently have 2 incoming lines, one of which they share as a fax line(line 2). What can the ogm/fax card do? Will it determine if an incoming call is a fax or not, and then direct the fax call to a certain jack? Any info on the functions of this card would be very helpful. Thanks,

Yes but you will have to have the A/A of the DISA answer all calls to line 2. A CNG tone can then be detected and routed to the fax extension and a calling party would have to dial an extension or a digit depending on how you set up the A/A portion. I never really liked that DISA card much, I think you would be better off with a small TVS or TVA voicemail unit. They also have auto fax detect. MrG
