I'm working on a KX-TD1232 with a TVS-100 connected to it.The question I have is that when you ring an extension and it's B/NA instead of going right to the users greeting the caller gets a system prompt first telling them to press 1 to leave a message or * to enter another extension. The operator has been disabled. Is there a way to get directly to the users greeting without hearing the system prompts first?I've tried to find this in the manual but haven't had any luck,THANKS

Are you talking about an outside caller going through the AA?? If the phone is fwd/na then outside caller would get mailbox greeting. If not fwd then you hear options, which are used for covering extension, intercom paging etc. FXD can pose problems on Panasonic TD systems(IMHO).
If user bumps FWD button it will go off and calls to ext from AA will go nowhere.

B dont ever set mine up using the aa don't even begin to tell a client that that is what they want you dial in to a custom dialing menu after hours and it either blind transfers to an ext or mailbox hardly any of my clients have the TVA or TVA pick up at all during the day there is always a human element and maybe in an isolated install there is intercept routing.the voicemail runs in the backround!
