expressc Member Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 5 New Orleans	I have a KX-TA824 system with three KX-T7731 phones and two SLT portables. The caller id on the portables works fine (That is, it shows both name and number), but the other 3 phone only show callers name. I have seen listed in the features of the KX-T7731 that it will alternate the name abd number. Is there some programming that I am missing?

You do know that this must be done while the phone is on-hook and before it's answered, correct? We may have to wait for MrGemini to chime in because he is the local Panasonic guru.
