It sounds as though your using custom messaging. Log into the message managers mailbox. Press 5-4 and 2 and see if that is the one you want to change. If it is, follow the prompts. The TVP units are slightly different then the US versions so I may not be right on. MrG MrG

things to know also 1. to log in dial v/mail ie 115 or 116 when you hear the v/m answer type #6*998 in the next menu 5-4-1 to change the day message or 5-4-2 for night (maby if you have a night menu ) or 5-4-3 in fact it can go up to 5-4-99 (dependnt on the installer the above answer will only change the message it wont change the destination) ie if your message says for mary dial 5 = to ext 106 but mary has moved to ext 108 then you can change message but the call will still go to 106 when caller dials 5 this is handled by another part of the program hope this helps peter doyle www.novacomms.net

This link may be helpful to you marco. https://www.voiceprocessor.info/ But to be honest with you this will be a pretty complicated task if you have no experience with this equipment. Everyone here will try to help you, we just do not want to get you in over your head. I'm sending a PM to you also.
