Been programming kxtd's and such for years, recently have a tvs-220 that I had all setup had remote access, dialed in many times. Recently we taught a tech at the customer site how to log in remote and make some changes, somehow they locked up the admin port (rs-232) right now it says wrong password entered 15 times admin port locked up now. I can do whatever i want thru the phone admin boxes (in my case 9998,9999), was told from other panasonic people that basically im screwed and need to initialize, panasonic has got to have a way to unlock this, panasonic has told me on very many occassions that some things couldnt be done but ive done it,lol any help would be appreciated.

oh and the backwards p.w. doesnt work either

Do you have the Password.
Once the admin port is locked, turn off TVS and wait till HD spins down, then turn back on, you can now enter password, unless modem cable is hinky.
If modem cable is not correct it will constantly
talk to the TVS and TVS sees this as Password attempts. If on site tech put in PW and lost it,
you may be in deep guacamole!!
