When AA answers, callers can enter an extension number and it does transfer to that extension, but if the person is not at their desk, I want it to go straight to that person's personal recorded voicemail after xx rings or xx seconds if not answered (R/NA). But instead, a built-in system greeting plays: "Sorry no one is available to answer the call... to leave a message press 1". Then if the caller presses 1, the actuall recorded voicemail plays. How do I eliminate this useless generic system greeting since the user has recorded their own personal greeting? Also, is their a way to make RNA intercom calls go to voicemail?

Forward the phone NA, NA/BUSY, or All to VM. This covers intercom calls also. This propmt is not useless, just not all users need it, it is for those using the other features of the system, such as intercom paging. If Intercom Paging is On, this prompt will also include "Press 3 to have your party paged". It also gives the caller the option of leaving a message or calling another ext. Some users prefer this method, makes the system more flexible. Also look in the GUI under Incomplete Call Handling, you will find more ways to to change How the mailbox inyerfaces with the outside caller.

Also, in the Mailbox Settings of the TVA Software, there is columns with 'No Answer time(s)' , 'Incomplete Call Handling for No Answer' and 'Incomplete Call Handling for Busy' but if I remember correctly, it doesn't let me change those and only gives an option of System. Do I have to change any of these settings anywhere?
