Hi, I have one more question. I have a DBS 576 that has incoming DID lines. A DID comes in to an extension, it is forwarded to another extension using the DID Day Destination (busy/delayed) FF1 4 02 program. It works just fine if the second extension is not in use. It will ring as it is supposed to do, but if the 1st and 2nd extensions are in use the caller hears ringing, but it does not ring at either extension. Is there an call waiting ring that can be enabled for the DID forward? On regular CO's the call waiting ring works when the 2nd extension is in use.
Thanks for your input! Greg

Where is extension 2 supposed to forward to if it is busy? That's where the DID call is going when both extensions are busy.

I will check where the DID fwd on the second phone is going. I don't think it is set. I want it to have a call waiting ring on the second phone. Will a DID give a call waiting ring or a quiet normal ring? Thanks again.
