TVA50 behind TDA 50. Principal lets his mb get full (for his own good reasons I guess). This is a full AA setup. When you dial his extension, you will hear his greeting and then instead of a beep the nice Japanese lady in the Voicemail says "This mailbox is full and there is no room to record a message. Thank you for calling." and severs the connection.
User does not want the number of allowed messages to be increased.
Is there any way to divert the caller to the general delivery mailbox or at least offer another option?
