We have a customer that purchased a Panasonic KX-TA824 on-line. Problem, no install or users manuals. Where can we find the little critters?

If you are a Panasonic certified dealer you can get the manuals off of kxtdasupport.com. But I agree with Ttech, they should have to pay you for those documents.

A cd comes free with each unit. The seller should provide as they must have taken it out of the box.

WALK AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN GRACEFULLY!
If they are too cheap to let you make a profit on a system, what makes you think you'll be able to collect anything close to what you should get for bailing them out????? (Who me, bitter? Nah, just took a while to get smart!.) John C.

Agreed...sometimes we phone guys are too helpful.. let this guy buy his own manual, and stay away, far away from the analog Panasonic systems

A lot of on-line sellers take the accessories and doccuments out of the original package and sell them separately. I see this a lot on e-bay when looking at Vodavi products being sold. The very same person selling brand-new KSU's is also selling the manual on CD (that comes with the KSU) separately.
I disagree about staying far away from Panasonic's analog systems. They are probably one of the most stable and feature-rich analog systems ever produced.

Right about Panasonic systems! Both analog and digital are well worth the money. Our customers are almost always very pleased. (Ya can't please em all!) John C.

I've got those manuals if you still need them. I can email them to you. Send me an email with the ones you need.
