I am extending the outside plant cable feeding an existing PRI Circuit about 200 Ft. via the clients private 100 pair cable. This is ahead of the Demarc and the Demarc will be moved to the new equipment room to be terminated at the end of the cable.
See any problems?

Is this the Smart Jack that Telco provided for you? Or is it Telco's actual Demarc?

Simple rule. If it belongs to Telco, don't touch it.

A lot of the time the term demarc gets misused. The Demarc is the demarcation point where the local telco hands off to the customer. It is not the jack. The term "extending the demarc" is a misnomer for putting in an iw run and jack, the demarc is not moved. Usually in a building it is in a closet labeled with the building address and something like 1.1, you CAN NOT move the demarc, only the telco can. You can move your wiring and jacks, but not the telco's wiring.
did anyone see you do it? Put it back together and leave.
