I'm a Norstar Tech,installing a Panasonic kx-td1232 with a kx-tvs100 voicemail. I'm having problems accessing the voicemail system using a kx-t7230 telephone. My vm ports are exts. 113 and 114, vm will not pickup.....PLEASE HELP.

I had this issue installing my KX-TD1232 & TVS80.
Did the phone system automatically change the VM ext numbers, you may want to try 165 or 166.
Have you moved the dip switch/dial to reset the voicemail unit to the factory settings? I may be wrong but I think by default the voicemail picks up immediately on the 1st ring.
Is the light on the cabinet steady or flashing?

Did you go into program 118 and assign the ports connected to the voicemail unit?

Clifton, 1st we need to determine if you have DPITS integration established between the TVS and the TD1232. Is the light on the TVS solid or flashing? Have you connected to the TVS with a laptop? This is a 4 port TVS100 correct? MrG
