The best system for not a huge price is the Trisys Tality. You provide an XP/2000 Prof box with 2 serial ports and you're on your way. www.trisys.com/tality.htm gets you there for a 30 day trial version. Carl

I agree. Trisys is all that we sell and have been selling this company's call accounting packages for years. Haven't found an application yet that they couldn't address. Price is right too.

FYI: HOBIC= (H)otel (O)perator (B)illing (I)nformation (C)enter. I KNEW there was something old and dusty that I could define! John C.

Oh, yeah. Term 'HOBIC OUTPUT' came from the fact that many HOBIC centers could send a 'hard copy' of the bill to a dedicated printer in the hotel. It had a specific order of information. I don't remember the order but info included room number, phone number called, start time, total time, and charges. John C.

Does "What" have a large pricetag? Tality is about (PM me) plus the price of a Professional s/w computer. The beauty of the interface is that you can change PMS options without having to call the manufacturer. If you want plain old HOBIC, you can have it, or you can link to the most popular brands of PMS systems out there.

Carl, Price was edited based on board rules. :read: Please use PM or email to discuss pricing. Thank you, MrG
