Well, my 1.0 was wrapped in my office 200 until October of last year. I didn't cycle my maintenance spare until then. If someone really installed the system and "skipped" they might have done the same thing.


This model is end of life

Turned out he was a dealler,I don't know what he did make the customer mad but he did!I got lucky so far but I did today call a friend who knows an authorized dealler.We had a meeting with the customer,even though the customer is happy with what we did I thought and the customer agreed it would be best to let the dealler take over from here.Everybodies happy,I got paid and all is good!I like that system,I'm going to talk to my partner about it! It's got a LOT of features and once you get the hang of the program structure, its' really a neat system. And you can create a master basic file that you can load into all the systems and have a head start on the program! And always, ALWAYS, install the internal modem. It's cheap and really makes changes easy. Only trouble is, you get a BIG butt from sitting in the office and keeping the customer happy and smiling by remote! John C.
