How can I change buttons from autodial to dss buttons? on the one 24 button set the top 2 rows will only accept speed dial numbers (outside calls) bottom row I can change them to any station by going into prog. hit button hit 2 then sta number.. any help appreciated....

It's tough to make a function button into a DSS since DSS buttons require a light that you don't have.
On a button with a light the codes 0,1 and 2 program CO, DSS, and One-touch numbers, so you're using the wrong code.
On a PF button, the 2 is already assumed, so you can dial an internal number, depending on system, or 8x or 9 plus an outside number.
