Have a new client who has the TDA50 that does not want to connect with my 3.0 software, Does anybody have the TDA50 Maintenance Software Version 2.0 ?

Guy, all TDA software in the US is proprietary and licensed to the certified dealer. We as dealers are not allowed to copy or give it to anyone. In the US, Panasonic is very strict about their dealer contracts and rules and would have no problem pulling a certification. Chances are that you have a C or UK version. All the software and upgrades are downloadable off Panasonics B2B Tech. support board. All you need is your dealer ID and PIN. MrG

You must install all versions of the tool, in correct order, or it will not work with earlier versions. Do not skip 3.01 when going to 3.2 or you will have problems. MrG is right on about certification. This seems to be one of the very few deterrents to everyone and their dog, being able to call themselves a phone tech.
