With the help of MrG we got it working. For some reason, the original installer setup a phantom extension to handle ALL the incoming calls. After programming the cordless with the phantom extension everything is working correctly. Thank you to all that tried to help. I now found a new home for ALL my phone problems.

Ok guys, I talked with PC by phone and we went over everything step by step. Come to find out the time out in the custom menu in the TVS 120 is calling 265! This told me that they were using phantom extensions. Boom, it dawned on me, no phantom key setup on the cordless. That's all it was. I had thought they were using a ring group. Anyway, it was interesting. MrG
