Hello again everyone. I'm back with another question that is similar to a few questions out there, just not on my particular equipment.
I have a TDA100 and a TDA50 vmail system. I need to have a DID number forward automagically off site without having the number tied to an extension...Is that possible?

I'm not sure if it works on DID numbers because we don't have ANY PRI trunks on TDA systems. In CO ringing, it's so easy you'll laugh when you see the solution.
ICD groups (by default 601...6xx) have a GROUP LOG/GROUP DESTINATION tab. In that tab is CF for CO and EXT calls. Pick 666, assign 9+ your outside number in both columns, and dial it from a station.
This ICD number can now be the argument for a VM number, inside number, or CO ring destination. You get to test if it works for DID assignment.
Carl
BTW we do this for cell phone destinatons without giving out the cell number.
This model is end of life

It will work on did on pri's. in DID table point it to ICD group and you can set group forward on to 9- phone number as Carl said.
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”
