TDA 100:
Hello, I see this topic was brought up recently, but have decided to start a new thread, as the answer given, doesn't seem to suit.
My customer likes to forward his calls off prem (to a landline btw) his callers cannot hear him well at all.
I do not see anything under system audio gain, except for MOH & paging db adjustments. Am I missing something? TYVM in advance for any help you might provide.

Whenever a call is forwarded to an outside line from the system, the audio will always be lower. Maybe someone else here does, but I don't know of anything you can do to the phone system to fix that problem. Best thing I can think of is Centrex transfer from the central office.

I didn't mention that this off prem xfer is part of his Personal Custom Service. Agreed, Telco DID to DOD xfer would be a great solution, but is not an option for us :-( Thanks for your advise though.

As far as I know, Centrex transfer would be the only thing that could fix your problem. I could be wrong though, maybe someone else knows something I don't.

Would the conference card help? I thought that was for echo cancellation, or conferences over 6 parties, does it boost the volume too?
