I just received this TVA50 and I'm trying to get into programming via my laptop using the console. When I start the console it asks for a programming code. The only reference I could find in the manual is a default of xxxx. But when I try to enter that it does not work. What am I missing? I have to install this unit tomorrow morning. Need help ASAP.
Also, is there a certain sequence I need to follow before connecting the USB to my laptop and powering up for the first time?
