OBT Admin Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 2,126 Likes: 4 Kilkenny Ireland	I have a customer with a kxtda 200, we have a pri isdn. there is 10 companys with all their calls ringing in to a group of operators, we are using ucd groups to id the company being called. Now they want to display the total amount of calls in the cue for all groups, most of the manager software only shows one group at a time, have anyone seen or used a software package to show total number of calls ringing in.
